- Does Refresh Me Mobile come to me?
- No. RMM suites are stationed in high-need locations and you visit the one nearest you. Units may be relocated for venues, partnerships and events, but RMM is not an on-demand vehicle dispatched to individuals.
- What makes it different from a public restroom?
- A single-occupancy suite with a door that locks, a full grooming and changing area, premium toiletries, charging, secure storage and hotel-level sanitization between every guest.
- Why not just get ready in my car?
- A back seat isn't private, comfortable or clean. RMM gives you room to change, mirror lighting made for grooming, and a calm space to compose yourself.
- How do I reserve a suite?
- Through the RMM app: find a nearby location, choose an available time, and unlock the suite securely with your phone or digital access key.
- How clean is it, really?
- Clean above all else. Every suite is fully sanitized and restocked by a trained attendant after each guest, then inspected before the door unlocks for you.
- Is it private and safe?
- Yes. Each suite is single-occupancy with a locking door, secured digital entry, monitored surroundings and professional on-site maintenance.
- When does RMM launch?
